My body
My movements

Conscious Movements is a unique dance practice that allows us to dive deeper into our inner world.

"Who am I really?" This is the question asked by those who practice Conscious Movements.

By combining movement with conscious attention to the body, namely being present with yourself, we begin to understand ourselves on a new level.

Through movement, we are able to understand and accept ourselves and our emotions, free ourselves from past traumas and grievances, and reveal our true Self.

Through movement, we come into contact with the body, where a number of memories are stored for many years. Often these memories are expressed in UNCONSCIOUS condemnation of oneself for choices in the past and self-flagellation. Such thoughts then cloud our understanding of ourselves, creating a feeling of dissatisfaction with ourselves and our lives.

GENTLE YOGA

20240610_093702.jpg

Gentle Yoga is yoga for SLOWING DOWN and RELAXING. Based on the Vinyasa Flow style and Dharma Yoga principles, Gentle Yoga is created to immerse you in the atmosphere of  “here and now” without overexertion and the “perfect pose” syndrome.

Gentle Yoga is consistent and smooth movements, turning into the practice of energy breathing, culminating in yoga Nidra and pranayama.

I recorded Gentle Yoga classes in my home, in an atmosphere of grounding and presence, without background music or external stimuli. In order for us to hear ourselves and our body, we need to open the space and quite practice is an ideal time for that.

Ideal for those who want to slow down, trust their body and breath, listen to their needs with minimal guidance and learn techniques to reduce stress, tension, chronic depression, fatigue, anxiety and hopelessness.

01

CONSCIOUSNESS

Living consciously means to live in the present, without dwelling on the past or anxieties about the future. We are born with a sense of mindfulness, and our task is to maintain and cultivate this divine state. Our brain is capable of perceiving much more information and being in a state of expanded consciousness when we are not afraid to cultivate our mindfulness.

02

CONSCIOUS MOVEMENTS

Conscious Movements is a practice of physical and mindful movement of the body, free from associations and patterns. Conscious Movements is also sometimes referred to as intuitive dancing.

Our bodies are capable of telling us a lot when we allow ourselves to move freely. To move consciously means to flow, to focus on what is happening in the body at the present moment, to perceive subtle vibrations and the movement of energy within us.

03

EMOTIONS

Emotion is an element of our basic instincts, a very simple reaction to an external stimulus. Emotion has a primary influence on our worldview. Passing through the internal filter of our beliefs, convictions, and opinions, emotion transforms into feelings. Emotions and feelings have a direct correlation with our body.

  • Who is Conscious Movements suitable for?
Anyone who is interested in using dancing as a tool for working with emotions, past traumas, grievances, and anxieties. And also spiritual seekers who want to expand their self-knowledge. I also want to emphasize a special group of people, which includes me, to whom Conscious Movements will help to open up - these are introverts and sensitive people.
  • How often should I practice Conscious Movements?
The frequency of practices depends on your internal feelings and request. If a huge amount of unexpressed emotions has accumulated in your body and you feel that the flow cannot be stopped, then you should practice daily until you feel mentally and spiritually better.
  • How many days are Conscious Movement programs designed for?
Each program consists of six lessons. Each lesson is approximately 50 minutes. It all depends on your time. For tangible inner transformation, I recommend practicing one lesson a day for six days. However, if you have tight schedule, practice at your own convenience.
  • How do Conscious Movements programs differ from each other?
In each program we pay attention to something one: The CONVERSATION TO YOURSELF program is aimed at getting to know your authentic self. Who am I really? The RETURNING HOME program allows you to let go of everything that does not belong to you, to free up inner space for creativity and self-expression. The ENERGETIC SHOWER program helps you fill your inner container with individual meanings and find the source of your energy. All programs are complementary to each other. They are recommended to be practiced from first to last. However, if you know why you came for here, then the choice is entirely yours.
  • How can Conscious Movements impact my life?
Conscious Movements certainly lead to a conscious life. The internal transformation that the practitioner so needs begin to occur from the moment of the first step.
  • Who benefits from Gentle Yoga?
Gentle Yoga is suitable for those who: Ailing to slow down in practice. The class takes place in a relaxed home environment. Seeks contact with breath and body. In our practice, our breath is our guide. The tips from me are minimal. Wants to practice a class not filmed in a professional studio. This way you and I can relax and be in the same conditions during practice.
  • What is the difference between Gentle Yoga - Preparation and Gentle Yoga - Level I?
Both practices take breath and a state of relaxation as their basis. In the practice of Gentle Yoga - Preparation, one of the section is dedicated to energy breathing. Here we learn to fill our physical and mental fields with oxygen by sequentially performing three energy breathing techniques. In the practice of Gentle Yoga - Level I, this section is replaced by additional asanas, in which breathing techniques are performed to reveal bodily capabilities. For example, opening the chest, strengthening the shoulder joint, relaxing muscles. Overall, the main difference is intensity. Gentle Yoga - Preparation is less intense than Gentle Yoga - Level I.
