I have always been fascinated by the connection between the movement of our bodies and the movement happening within us. Embarking on the practice of Conscious Movements on my own, I began paying more attention to the relationship between emotions and movements.
The more I allowed the muscles in my body to relax, the more emotions surfaced. I opened the door to emotions that had been within me for many years. It seemed like there was no end to them. Daily practices revealed an incredible depth of trauma stored in my muscles and joints. By the end of each session, I felt tremendous emotional relief and spiritual fulfilment. I could feel a huge burden of unspoken thoughts, anxieties, hurts, and traumas lifting from my shoulders.
For the first time, I felt truly myself.
I had to learn to dance anew, but now without patterns and associations. I knew what needed to be done, and I felt the results of my practice. These results manifested in a significant leap in my family life, values, finances, morals, and professional sphere.
From this moment, I understood my purpose, recognized the significance of my experience, and felt the need to share it with you!
